I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and the hotel's convenient location, especially considering the price range. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the rooms wasn't that good. There is significant room for improvement in this aspect, and I recommend addressing this issue promptly. Additionally, the food options did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and hygiene. If the hotel can enhance the room atmosphere and improve the dining experience, I would gladly choose to stay there again in the future.
I stayed here for five days. For me it is best because it is out of mosquito and cockroach. Hotel Marine Plaza has no star ranking, still it is comfortable and people are well mannered. There are many types of rooms in cheap price in this hotel. Between March and August you can find rooms at very low cost. You can order meals sitting in the hotel room.

Nice and comfortable hotel in this area. Hotel restaurant is a bit higher priced food. Hotel management and room service is good as expected. Neat and clean environment and well decorated equipments made this more comfortable. You can have a sea view experience from the front rooms balcony. If you are looking for well and stranded level hotel to stay in budget than this is a good option for you. I would love to be a guest again of this hotel.

Gagandeep and Sakshi were always attentive and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that they remembered my preferences, such as my liking for strawberry jam, an iced americano, and an iced tea for my dad. Their attention to detail and personalized service made us feel valued as guests. Although there was one day when the housekeeping service did not clean my room properly, Mr. Rakesh, who was responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms, took immediate action to rectify the situation. On every other day of my stay, Mr. Rakesh made sure that my room was spotless. His cheerful and friendly demeanor made interacting with him a joy, and I appreciated his dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The security team, led by Sukhdev, at the entrance of the hotel deserves special mention. They made us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. Their presence and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort, and I commend them for their commitment to guest safety. Lastly, if you're looking for a hotel that offers good value for money in South Mumbai, with a great view of the harbor, Hotel Marine Plaza is the perfect choice.
